Heidi Montag's Massive Weight Loss



I think she looks good!  Heidi says she worked out 14 hours a day to take of around 30 lbs.  She did not have 30 lbs of fat to take off.  She is not as light as she says she is with that type of muscle tone and how could she be when muscle weighs more then fat.  She worked out to get a leaner body fast.  How happy is she?  



To take of fat or burn fat fast I use ephedra.  Ephedra makes working out a must.  Ephedra is also the only thing I know that will burn fat regardless if you workout or not.  You will burn more fat just by taking it and getting on with your day.  I like to sleep so I would take ephedra early in the morning instead of coffee.

Ephedrine Hcl is great for increasing metabolism and suppressing appetite, users must always use in moderation though 30mgs per day is more than enough. I’ve lost 3kgs in a few weeks taking ephedrine as long you exercise, it really helps it along.
