Black Swan is Thinspiration so Watch it


Natalie Portman loses 20 lbs for "Black Swan".  She didn't need to lose 20 pounds but she did.  At 5'3," the 29-year-old Portman started conditioning herself for the role as a ballerina with cross-training activities for 5 to 8 hours a day.  The activities consisted of  ballet, swimming and interval training.  Natalie is a vegan so she just ate smaller portions and according to her the lbs fell off and it only took a year.

If you plan on pulling a Portman you should know you don't have to workout 5 to 8 hours a day to pull it off.  Keep in mind that it took a year for her to be able to dance.  A 30-60 minute workout 3-5 days a week while watching what we eat is good enough for the rest of us.  Trust....

Hey! I know this might not be the right place to ask this, but I'd really appreciate some feedback :)

I was wondering if you could give me some advice on my new diet. I am eating half a grapefruit and 3 walnuts for breakfast, the other half of the grapefruit, 4 walnuts and a 8 inch stalk of celery for lunch, and for dinner a small salad with no dressing. All in all this will total about 600 calories as I have calculated.

Do you have any other good foods that I could eat to lose weight, like those "negative calorie" foods I heard about? I know celery is one of these, and I will be working out as much as possible to get the celery's full effect.
