Strip Aerobics



Actress Daryl Hannah from Kill Bill attributes her greatest work-out to her "researching" for Dancing At The Blue Iguana. She said pole dancing got her in amazing shape and that if women had poles they could stay in great shape. Daryl stared in Dancing At The Blue Iguana(great thinspiration movie) in 2000 which makes her one of the first celebrities to realize the benefits of pole dancing as a workout. Now Pam Anderson has a pole in her bedroom and Kate Moss along with Lindsay Lohan have no problem performing a striptease in a New York strip club.


I picked the Pole above because that is my Pole and I love it and I know you'll love it too. This is such a fun workout and it works on the whole body. I like to do this workout every time I listen to music so it burns a lot of calories and I get a great workout without feeling like I did anything at all. I'm looking for some more stripper shoes. The shoes are really a work of art. I love mine so I say if your going to get the pole get the shoes. The shoes actually makes the dance better, sexier, easier and funner. xo

Pole Dancing
Is a form of dancing/gymnastics that takes muscular endurance and coordination as well as sensuality. More recently artistic pole dancing is performed in cabaret/circus and on stage in a non-erotic environment. Dancers can simply hold the pole with their hands or between their legs or they can perform more athletic moves such as climbs, spins, and body inversions.
