How To Get Skinny

Q: Hi! I'm 17, I'm about 5'9" and I weight 154 pounds (70 kilos). I am fixed on getting skinny but I don't know how to do it. I work out every day and barely eat anything but there's no result except hunger( I really want to weight like 110 pounds or so and I'm ready to do anything for it. What would you advise? Asked by Sophie

A: Problem 1) Not eating enought will put your body in starvation mode causing your metabolim to slow down.

Problem 2) at 154lbs you are a thin healthy weight and your body will do anything to maintain a healhy weight. It would be easier to lose weight if you were over weight. Your healthy and your body will fight you to maintain that. For an example, even if you lose weight chances are you'll gain it back and get ticked off for busting your butt for nothing and I should know. I did the yo-yo all the time and that's why I've given up on weight loss and work more on gaining lean muscle like a fitness model.

Problem 3) If your working out that means you're making muscle and muscle weights more then fat so although the scale says you're not losing much your body is becoming more define and lean.

Do what celebrities do and ignore the scales for they tell people the weight they look like, not the weight they really are. Think lean mean fitness model where sexy is in and weight is meaningless. Goodluck sugar! xo
