How to Lose Weight Fast

Q: I need help. I am overweight for the first time in my life! Nearly 200lbs! I over 60lbs since last fall because of depression and low self esteem. Now I'm "waking up" and I'm sick at what I see. I miss the attention I used to get when I was thin and now I feel like a damn freak, I want to be 120 again! I just received my order of Lipodrene (I love it!) What tips can you give, how can I get motivated to stop putting crap in my mouth! I need to get my fat ass moving and drop this FAST. Please Help

A: Stop blaming yourself because your weight gain is really not your fault and anyways stress will make you fat.  Frist of all your body does not want to be over weight so you don't have to do any thing special to take off the weight.  All you have to do is kick the junk food, eat a healthy balance diet of 3 meals and 2 snacks and drink plenty water.  Eating healthy will help you kick the cravings because you'll be giving your body what it needs to function.  Never skip meals and always eat breakfast because the last thing you want to do is slow down your metabolism.  Add 25-60 mins of cardio exercise and watch the weight melt away fast.  Try weighing yourself every 3-7 days.
