How to Lose 20 lbs

Q: Im not really skinny, so will I be able to lose about 20 pounds soon if I eat less food and follow the diet plans you have on the website? I am normal weight but im trying to lose 20 pounds to weight the same as people my age do. I am not happy about my weight but im afraid of not being able to stick to eating less food. I already exercise so thats not a problem, since im not skinny, can I expect results from what your website says about eating food?

A: I don't know what may work for you because every body is different and that's why I put all kinds of methods on my blog and if you're thin or a healthy weight and still want to lose 20lbs then that's gonna be hard because your body will not want to do that.  For an example if you eat less or workout to much all your body will do is slow your metabolism down to compensate for that preventing weight loss and if you lose weight it will only be short term at best.  All you can do is eat healthy foods, never skip meals, dump junk food, drink plenty water and crank up the cardio.
