How to lose 2 dress sizes?

hiya ppl am very un happy i want to b thin am a size 14 and weigh 12 stone am only 17 and am sick to death i have tryed the gym and healthy eaten bt it takes to long and i give up and comfort eat will some one give me sum gooooood advice on how to just belive in my self and maybe sum diet tips please ...... thank you

A: Well one thing I can remind you is you are not by yourself. Lots of people have a great start but end up giving up when they think they are not getting the results they want. They wonder why they don't look like this or that but they don't notice how healthy they're becoming. People also want to lose weight now, now, now and wonder why it isn't happening now. It took time for you to put it on so it will take time to take it off but if you keep it up you will change your body for the better. Keep in mind you may want to measure yourself because muscle weighs more then fat but if you want to change yourself for the better you must be patient. If you want help to predict how long it should take someone to lose the amount of weight you want to lose sign up for sparks people and it will tell you how many calories and exercise etc. you need to reach your goal.

Tips:

  • Tweak your diet: change things here and there. Like if you're drinking soda or juice replace with water. If you snack on potato chips switch to snacking on fruit.
  • Treat yourself: when you reach a small goal reward yourself with a movie or new shoes.
  • Eat what you crave: you can eat what you crave, like a bowl of ice cream, as long as you pratice portion control.
  • Don't diet: change to a healthy life style with foods you want to learn to love so you'll want to eat them to eat them because it taste good to you, makes you feel good and gives you the energy you need.
  • Don't beat yourself up: if you mess up just start clean and remember that's not the end. Keep changing your body and think the more you change your body the more firm it will be and better at burning fat it will become.
  • Make muscle: muscle burns more calories.
