How to have more Energy and Get Rid of Cravings

Q: I just bought a bottle of Lipodrene w/ephedra. Will it really work for me to lose weight? I am giving myself 2 months to lose 25 pounds, what else should I do besides taking the lipodrene to accomplish this? BTW: I'm soooo hungry all the time and I feel like I have no energy to give it my all when working out.

A: If you workout before you eat in the morning have something like a little OJ, a bit of low fat yogurt and a bit of fruit to give you some energy for now until you fix your system.

What I’m worried about is Lipodrene taking that weight off which it will and you gaining it all back because you may not be eating the right things for an example, food with hidden empty calories like sugar. Empty calories will not give the energy you need and make you eat more because it gives you cravings.

Don’t just workout. Change your eating habits and I don’t mean diet. I mean use these next few months and beyond to clean your body of unhealthy food and give it all the healthy vitamins and minerals it needs to get energy and kick the cravings. I watch a show and have a book called You Are What You Eat on BBC or Youtube and it changed the way I think about food and I want people to buy this women’s cook book and watch her show. She has a lot of big people on the show but that’s misleading because her show and books can change anyone’s life for the better.

After you’ve fixed your system you’ll have energy to workout in the morning then eat a healthy breakfast.


  • Take fiber supplements & drink 8 glasses of water a day to kill cravings.
  • Taking vitamins and eating healthy balance meals kill cravings.
  • Drink or eat a protein at night to give energy in the morning like a banana or a protein shake like low fat muscle milk.
  • Eat a high protein & fiber diet to give energy and kill cravings.
  • Just say no to sugar,salt and starch.
  • Just say no to process food.
  • Eat a little fruit, low fat yogurt etc before a workout to give energy if you have none.
  • Don’t eat too much or heavy food an hour before a workout.
  • Try out sparks people to help you figure out your weight loss plan all for free. Bump weight watchers.
