How to be like Kate Moss

Kate Moss has a hard exercise schedule to try and regain her famous figure which she admits wasn't up to scratch while dating Pete. She says that eating out at restaurants was the reason she lost her figure. She admitted that some days she hardly had any sleep which badly affected her metabolism and overall health.
  • What Does Kate Moss Eat?
Breakfast: Pro biotic yogurt, toast and fruit
Lunch: Grilled chicken and vegetables
Dinner: Grilled fish and vegetables
  • What's her caloric intake? around 339-500 calories per day.
  • How Does Kate Moss Workout? She works out at a gym and usually does weight lifting and running about 4 times a week!
  • Does kate have an eating disorder? Kate has never admitted to having an eating disorder but some people however claim that the supermodels tiny figure isn't possible without starvation. Kate even admits that she is too thin.
Does she have an eating problem? Lets look at the clues. Kate says she keeps her metabolism going by eating in intervals of three hours a day like many bodybuilders and fitness models. She may do what bodybuilders do but I'm yet to see a bodybuilder that thin and without visible muscle definition. I believe Kate eats the way she does to fool her body into feeling like it's getting what it needs so it won't flip into starvation mode. Most body builders eat around 1200 calories a day while Kate's diet on the other hand, eats around 339-500 calories per day.

At 5" 7 she should be around 135 lbs and should be eating at least 1200 calories per day. She knows she's underweight yet that doesn't matter. Who treats their body like that? I'd have a hard time finding a 34 year old women who'd love to be underweight.

Bottom line, people had been saying Kate was on drugs for years and she lied. She only told the truth when she got caught. People with eating disorders are like people on drugs because both are usually in denial. Cocaine is a powerful diet drug. Do coke and watch the fat come off like crazy.

If you still want a body like Kate then I'd advise you eat, workout and take a performance enhancing drug. You should eat a healthy diet around 1200 calories or more and take ephedrine because ephedrine is said to be very similar to coke. I'm taking the ECA stack AKA caffeine, ephedrine and aspirin and I have to remind myself to eat while on it so make sure to remind yourself you need to eat. XO

She can't be living on "339-500 calories per day" EVERY day...she'd be dead already.

Besides, that doesn't add up, unless she's having *ridiculously* small portions of fish and chicken. One serving of a grilled chicken breast is about 280 calories, alone!

Just do your own calorie count on calorie king and who knows if she eats that way or not. The point is when you count those calories up they aren't much and I plan on doing that with a lot of things celebs so call say they eat in a day to show just how low the calories they're talking.

I take muscle milk (light) which is low fat and full of protein to help your muscle recover quicker after a workout which I know you do and good for you.

I like lipodrene with ephedra aka the yellow pills. Lipodrene w/ ephedra is a very strong thermogenic and that's why I love it.
