How To Get A Six Pack


Forget what you heard in those horrible fitness commercials trying to sale Ab machines and 6 pack workout videos because it's all a bunch of bull. After watching so much bull and not having a fitness model or body builder to talk to you might fall for a bunch of lies. There is a way to get a 6 or 4 pack, but it's not gonna be easy especially if you're no longer in your 20's and are unlucky enough to be born a girl.

Reality check:

  • You cannot spot reduce fat (except with cosmetic surgery).
  • AB machines strengthen ABs only.
  • In order to see ABs you must lower your body fat to %10 for men and 14% for women.
  • Reducing body fat while maintaining (or growing) muscle requires a long-term regime of correct diet, strength training, and cardio.
  • It is quite possible to train the abs without any gimmicky machines
  • Best way to see any muscle especially your ABs is by reducing fat by doing lots of cardio
Bottom Line:

Genetically, women are at a disadvantage for their bodies store more fat to nourish babies. Men on the other hand can lose fat quicker. For some women to lower body fat to have a 6 or 4 pck may interrupt their menstrual cycle and that's why lots of doctors don't encourage such extreme goals. Despite the side effects you never know what you can take until you try so don't give up on your dream. I know I won't. Good Luck!!! XO
