How ephedra works: Ephedra is powerful enough to make most people lose weight even if they doen't change their life styles from dieting to workouts etc although diets etc will speed up the progress! This pill suppresses the appetite and burns fat! You'll most likely will feel the power of this pill the first time you take it.

My personal Experience: The first time I took it I couldn't eat a thing for the first few days. After getting use to the pill I still ate less then I'd normally eat if I hadn't taken the pill at all. I started eating more but it still gave me loads of energy to bust the extra cals so eating more didn't matter for I was still losing weight like crazy. After a month I knew the pill wasn't working as well so I stopped taking it for a month or two and start up a month later and the pill was back working like it did from the start.

Beat the Side Effects: If you feel sick, light headed or shake then you've over dosed and must reduce your dose. It's ok to take less then what's prescribed and build up from there as long as you don't go over board. Cut the pill in half if you must and increase your intake as your body gets use to the pill.
The Cost: Some of my readers think Lipodrene with ephedra is expensive while others think it's a great deal and I say cheap or not this pill is worth every penny, I promise you.
