Lose weight without fad diets, pills or gimmicks!
Q: Hi Yoshithin - thanks for joining Askablogr. Do you have any advice for someone who wants to stay thin without fad diets, pills or gimmicks? How about a program of moderate eating + regular exercise?
A: If you don't want to go on a fad diet then go to sparkspeople.com and place in your weight goal before you go shopping for food. Don't think in terms of exercise if you don't like to exercise. Think in terms of moving and burning calories. Do things that will burn calories like cleaning the house or taking the stairs. If you like to exercise then workout with free weights for ten minutes then do cardio for thirty minutes or longer. You burn a lot of calories doing cardio when you increase your time instead of your pace.
