kim kardashian Is Dieting For 2008


Reality star Kim Kardashian says she lost 5 lbs. recently, thanks to regular workouts and a healthy diet. Kim, who last month was called a "fat donkey" by Shanna Moakler, appears slimmer in these recent bikini photos, taken in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico. In a new blog entry, Kim says she has been working out 3-5 times a week and have given up junk food. She shares details of her workout regimen below:

So, I have held my end of the bargain with my workout plan! I have lost about five solid pounds and feel great!

Reggie [Bush] and I were heavily working out, while he was here before training camp started! I make sure that I work out at least 3 times a week! But now that I am into a heavy workout mode, I feel lazy when I take a day off, so some weeks, depending on my schedule, I work out 4 or 5 times a week! Now that Reggie is gone, my brother Rob and I have been hitting the gym together!

I start off with running on the treadmill for about 30 minutes! I definitely (sic) run 2 miles per workout, then I lift weights for about 30 minutes. I alternate between arms and legs switching off every other workout. I then do a bunch of stomach exercises and then stretch! When I get home I always do leg lifts, lunges and squats!

It's not all about working out though, I definitely (sic) have changed my diet too! I eat less junk food, hardly any soda, and just try to eat more protein. I definitely (sic) cant give up sweets all together, so I just toned them down!
