How To Get Super Skinny


1) Get a big bottle of Evening Primrose Oil 500mg gelcaps. Start slow and work up to about four a day. You should find your cravings for carbohydrates drastically diminished and your overall appetite reduced almost immediately. This is natural oil, like you find in eggs and fish. It's not a drug. It's food and you can't overdose.


2) Soda is the devil so no more soda pop, fruit juice or beer. Swear off those things permanently for they are liquid obesity. Keep cold water in the fridge. Soda is the Devil! A study about a year ago got a lot of press. It showed that a child who drank two cans of soda a day WILL be overweight. That's two cans of soda, not "lots of high fat foods."


3) Cut back absolutely as much as practical bread, cereal, pasta, rice, peas and anything made from corn or potatoes. Eat more nuts, fruit, cheese, green vegetables and lean meat.


4) Never eat margarine again. Only butter. If you have to fry, use butter. Don't use vegetable oils. If you have to deep-fry, use peanut or palm oil. NEVER eat a product that has the word "hydrogenated" in its ingredient list. Scan the ingredients list of foods you buy for this word.


5) Drink less milk. Most adults can't even digest it, and you get virtually no calcium from it. If you’re worried about calcium, eat broccoli.


6) Stop eating in the evening. Get your eating over with at least four hours before you go to bed. If you can, stop reading or watching TV while eating so you break the association between those activities. What about exercise? If you keep your house clean, vacuum regularly, that kind of thing, you're probably already getting enough exercise. But it's hard to get too much; try going for walks now and then. I know that sounds glib, but diet is crucial. If you do these things, you will approach your ideal weight.

7) Although clen is used by Nicole Richie and the rest of the Rachel Zoe bots buy pills with ephedra like Lipodrene With Ephedra which is just as powerful as clen but cheaper and easier to take.

8) Workout and get fit enough to go for 60 minutes. keep your workout around 60 minutes and never over do it for over kill will do more damage then good. Do both cardio and muscle training. Don't slack on your muscle training and unless your on steriods, you won't get bulky ladies. Make muscle. Lower your body fat to make lean muscle.

9) Eat healthy 3 times a day with 2 snacks. Give up your need to starve for starvation will eat your muscle slow your metabolism and make you fat in the end.

fruit juice is no other think than liquid calories that will never make you fell full, water, green tea and even diet soda is much better than juice. Don't forget that fruit has sugar.

NEVER drink fruit if you want to lose weight.
