Pro Skinny Tips and tricks

Instead of getting on a scale let an outfit be your guide to skinny. Break out a tiny little outfit and lose enough weight to fit into it then lose more weight until that outfit becomes baggy on you.
  1. Eat Breakfast

  3. Eat seafood
  4. Eat loads of vegetables and fruit to fill yourself up during every meal.
  5. Wear a lacing corset to slim your waist.
  6. Devour anything that helps you lose weight, for example, cough drops, hoodia or fiber.
  7. Never eat pass 6:00pm or 4 hours before you go to sleep.

  34. Do not try to buy cheap when it comes to your diet pill because you can't save money by buying junk that does not work.
  35. Eat a hardy low fat soup before the main dish while sipping water and having a salad without fattening salad dressing.

Don't eat a lot of veggies and even less fruit!!!! fruit is loaded with sugar and if you eat it you will have cravings, veggies have a lot of carbs.

Eat meat (no more than 6 oz) and you will be full for many many hours and if you exercise will have energy to do exercise more.

omg that is the dumbest comment ever.
Ok its true you can overdo the fruit with the sugar, but compare natural sweetners to the artificial types, which kills tyou faster? exactly.

Second, there are no whole grains at all in ur comment. Ea whole grain crackers, cereal or pasta at leat once a day and stay far away from white carb products, cuz dont forget it your going to burn fat you do need some carbs, and especially minerals and vitamins so have at LEAST 4 to 5 helpings of greens and non-starchy veggies every day.

A little red meat is good for you, but poultry and fish is even better, so if your a carnivour, make sure you a) choose white over red 5 to 6 days a week, and b) know where your meat comes from.

if possible try not to eat meat with startchy carbs. not that there's medical proof that this works, but it helps with the calorie cuts.

caffiene is gooood, but be careful.
aparently nicotine helps speed up the metabolism. but it als gives you cravings when you quit :P
not a smoker? don't you dare start now.

Cardio. cheerleading and dance practice. 2 to 4 hours a week.
stretching. pilates, yoga. every othr day.
strengh training. every other day from that.

watch the THIN documentary.
don't get there.
if your there, get help.

do all this and get where you want to be. it eventually worked for me, now i spread the word. ana is not ur friend. life is.

you can eat as many fruit and vegetables as you would like and you will gain NO weight at all, you will just be healthy and your body with benifet.

:)

i would know because my dad is a very successful health nutritionist and he wrote a book on how to loose weight, and he knows all about that. i lost 112 pounds with his diet plan.

this actually not backed up by any scientific study and actually all!

There are not fast tips to get thin, if there is what you need to be. But there are fast way to ruin your life, like starving yourself or messing up with your metabolism. For many people reducing too much the food caused a sort of counter effect, the body things you are starving, so it starts to slow down the metabolic rate. Most of what you eat become fat, and diet are less and less effective.
If you really want to loose wait please visit a real doctor, he will help and do not trust quick diets.

I'm a little-and-often person with food, but a little too often! To stop myself from snacking I drink lots of water and wear nail biting solution, obviously, on my nails. It tastes awful and gets on finger food really easily.hope it helps!

I belong to this really great pro-ana webcircle. We pretty much diet together. We do 50 cal and 100 cal a day diets and after a few weeks of that we fast for about 7-10 days. It works great. During the 50 cal diet we drink lots of water and after I eat the 50 cal allowed I eat lettuce because it's got no cal's! Water fills you up. I try not to drink diet soda because it makes you bloat. I do take diet pills but not when I am fasting. I don't take laxitives. And when I used to binge I would drink lots of milk at the end because it's easier to purge. I've got great tips for when you get thrown in the hospital too! I've been there a few times. To get your self up to goal weight drink water. Some hospitals will shut the water off but the water in the toilet tank is clean, it's never touched the acutal toilet bowl. The water in the tank should get you up a few pounds, and you just pee them out when you leave the hospital! Also if your fasting and you feel like you wanna eat, make something but over cook it or put something in it that you don't like or add to much spice, you will be less likely to eat it. And look at yourself in the mirror while you eat.

Hiya all,
I'm desperate to lose weight, at least 13Kg. I was recently diagnosed IBS so there only so much I can eat, have got intolerance to wheat & dairy, the problem is I used to live on fruit & veggies, not a big bread or pasta lover but now I know I can't have it I often stuff my face with chips, alcohool & loads of bread.The pain afterwards is umbelivable but I still do it,off course I'm gaining weight. I'm so sad & down I even stopped exercising, HELP please.

Sharmayla, PCOS is the cause for the weight gain and genetics is cause for gaining in the tummy. You lose weight all over. You can't lose weight in one area. You can lose weight by eating less carbs, lowering your cal in take and by working out 30-60 mins 3 days a week or more. PCOS will make weight loss hard so pick thinspiration w/ more meat on their bones. Don't worry about your weight. Think curvy, sexy and firm. A toned body is a sexy body. Hope this helps.

Jebus, don't change dairy into coconut! O_O Do you have any idea how much energy coconut contains?! It's also mostly fat. Rather stay with milk and cheese, atleast those got calsium in them, and less fat and overall energy.

Hi Im feeling great and im loosing a lot weight in the last month and half i lost 24 pounds I dont eat in the morning and in the middle of the day I eat and apple or 2 tangerines then around 4, I eat something a little bit of rice or beans just a cup or less and some veggies, I just read that I shoudnt eat anything 4 hours before to bed so i am gonna try that now, I have anorexia since I was a teenager, I was super skinny then I came here to the USA and I got fat as whale! Now I'm back to it and I feel great, all my clothes are to big for me! I am also taking some pills to help me not to be hungry they work great, but I need support to keep doing it, I am member in the 24 hour F. I am being lazy! hi.im 5'2 and i weigh 117lb. i am trying sooo hard to shift weight. iv been using diet pills and i used them once before along with a low, low cal diet and lots of exercise and they were amazing, i was so thin i have never felt so beautiful but i was stupid and i got lazy and let it creep back on. im so sad, i am trying so hard. wat advice can anyone give me for hunger pangs and dizzyness??

Please ladies don't starve yourselves! This is crazy. Just give up junk food and all the processed food. and Eat according to the food guide for your age and gender.

Anorexia/Bulima are the slow forms of suicide.

All you need to do to lose weight is Excercise and Healthy eating.

Please don't harm your body, Eating healthy and excercise is all you need. Change unhealthy eating habits into healthy ones. Don't restrict yourselfs to only a few calories a day. It won't do your body any good.

Get help please!
This is advice from someone who has recovered from an eating disorder. Please don't continue this life style!

Hey Everyone! Here are my secrets: green tea, Lipton iced tea flavor packets (add them to water, 0 cals), Diet soda with no caffeine, 100 calorie bags of popcorn (keeps you occupied for a LONG time), salads, and the very occasional bowl of cornflakes.
I drink about 6 bottles of water every single day, and to make this easier, I add the Lipton iced tea flavor packets. Water keeps me feeling full and super satisfied throughout the day. I also made myself a red ana bracelet to remind myself of my goals.
Going vegetarian always helps too. Cut out all frozen foods and carbs, if you can. Pasta is the devil.
When I am craving candy or sugar, I eat a mint. There are studies that show that having a minty taste in your mouth actually reduces appetite!
I get 8 hours of sleep every single night. I ate a multi-vitamin every day that I am not fasting.
When I fast, to get rid of hunger pain and dizziness, I drink tons of water. I also chew sugarfree gum with flavors like "strawberry banana" (try Extra Fruit Sensations) to make my brain think that I'm chewing food.

HELPPP!! I've been in hospital for four weeks. I'm 165cm and I weighed 48kg when I was first admitted. I was 51kg when I was discharged but now I have to go to clinic every week so they can keep an eye on my weight. When they weigh me, I have to get in a gown and can only wear my underwear. I've tried the water trick, but they pressed on my belly and figured it out. I'm not even skinny, I really want to lose more weight! What can I do? I'm 17 so I can't refuse treatment :( Any ideas?

Answer: Start lifting weights and make muscle for muscle weighs more then fat and you want muscle because it helps you burn more calories. Think lower body fat and lean muscle like a fitness model. Stay Strong sugar!

Answer, you don't have to stop eating to lose weight especially at 14. You have a fast metabolism and have to eat a lot just to maintain your weight. Keep your calories around 1200-1600 a day and you will lose weight. Eat healthy and lose more weight. Add extra fun exercise after school like skating for 30-60 mins and burn even more fat.

Answer: You may be an endomorph because endomorphs naturally have a heavy body type. You could eat half as much as what an ectomorph or mesomorph eat and still gain weight. eat lower calorie foods that can be used in the body quickly and eat complex carb foods like brown rice in smaller portions and avoid eating late at night. The man that wrote Feed the Muscle is an endomorph so go to my recommended reading on the left side of the blog and click on burn the fat feed the muscle because that is likely the book you need to read to help you because it is hard for you to lose weight without a personal trainer. This book will teach you things you have never done. Lots of people read this book and find out they know nothing about fitness and weight loss after they've finished reading. Next, female endo's are known to have very sexy shapes, especially if they're toned like kim kardashian and anna nicole so wear things that flatter your body so you can feel good at the size you are while you work at losing body fat. Stay Strong and don't you dare kill yourself. You are worth more then that and we need more good people in this world not less so please don't rob the earth of your beautiful light.

Please if you dont agree with this stuff, steer off the website. Dont you think we have TRIED eating healthy and regular exercise! I have a 'healthy' body weight as far as everybody else is concerned...but i hate it. The contraceptive pill has made me balloon and had i not already tried and failed to shift the weight, i would not be willing to resort to such drastic action.

you may think that it will make you feel and look better, to stop you from looking fat, however instead of looking bad being fat you are lookin sick being so thin! how is this anybetter.
then you see yourself not looking great and then assoiciate that looking bad with you thinking you are over weight!
its just a downward spiral!
where i come from people get abuse if they are under weight this is because people see it as a weakness, harsh i know and unsympathetic, but yet it is in their best interest to try and steer people out of harms way, no one wants anyone of you to be thinner, this world aint as shallow as you lot seem to relise, if people are going to like you, they are going to like you for who you are and not what you look like.

Hi.
I'm 13 years old and have been trying out loads of different ways of losing weight on this website and many others too. The only thing is though is that I can't look on the mirror at my self without being sick (literally). My ribs stick out really bad but I can't recover from it, it's THAT addictive. My fear is school because I used to be a really healthy size 8 but now I'm wearing kiddies clothes. The other day when I was getting changed for p.e. my teacher came in the changing rooms at the start of break and I was in there with my bff. When I took off my school top I bent down to pick up my p.e. top of the bench and dropped my school top. Both my teacher and bff were horrified at what they saw and my teacher instantly went to find the other p.e. teacher to see if she would take her group. The other teacher took her group and my teacher took me straight to my head of year. When I got there she stayed with me and they both talked it through with me and decided I needed to go to hospital but I detested againsted it. I didn't want to go but when I fainted and fell unconcious later that day I had to go there. I woke up 12 days later to see my p.e. teacher crying at my side and then her face lighting up when she saw I had regained conciousness. She felt so bad that she hadn't noticed it before things got out of hand.

That was a few years ago now and I am now 16 and a happy size 10.

If you are going to lose weight, please, think twice about how you do this. Becoming anorexic isn't the answer.

Please think about what I have told you, it took alot of courage to write this.

Bubzy, you speak more sense than anyone I've ever known at the age of 16. Well done for having the courage to come on a site like this and warn people with your story. I'm begging everyone who's coming on here, please think about the people around you. I'm watching my sister die everyday because of this awful disease. Don't follow "tips" to get to where she is now. Please. I know everyone reading this, is asking themselves why I am here if I'm not pro-ana and my answer is simple. It's because when you're watching someone you love die from something that's supported via the web or any other means there is an innate sense to try and stop others. Even if one person just takes it on board it's worth it.

It's your choice whether you throw your life away or not, but just consider what pro ana will do to you. All I'm trying to say is that if you want to throw everything away that you have got by making your self really ill then I can't stop you doing that, but what I do want to do if talk some sense into you. What happened to me (see my other post up abit) was the scariest thing of my life and I totally regret it. Ok, yeah, I'll admit I miss the odd meal occasionally to stay slim but I'm happy about that. It means alot to have control of your body so please, for you friends and families sakes, don't become anorexic! Last weekend I found out I am infertile because when I was anorexic and I wanted to be a mum more than anything in the world. It's amazing (in a sick way) what extremes people will go to to feel good about themselves.

BubzyBooxx,adam and Anonymous you all sound thoughtful and believe we all people should be our brothers keeper. Lots of people in an ana/mia world have abused them and made them seek perfection to make up for what's wrong with them. Hello,
I'm 5'8" and weigh 115 lbs.most of my closest friends weigh around 100 lbs. and are around 5'4" so needless to say I feel like a big fat giant. They can eat whatever they want and don't gain weight. I use to be prescribed to Adderall and I was super skinny and beautiful but my parents pulled me off of it because they thought i was abusing it (by being so skinny).
Does anyone know some really effective pills or diet drinks that will stop my hunger like my old pills?

What Fiona says is a load of bullshit.

What givi says is correct except for the thing about caffine and cigarrettes - Both have a certain type of acid that burns the lining of your stomach and when you consume it your body makes and extra layer of FAT to protect it.

Not saying Im a saint, I still smoke like a chiminey and nothings happened, But I did cut out caffine and I feel alot better!

I used to be quite bulimic and anorexic since a few years ago. I stopped this year, because I was feeling awful. Couldn't do anything... had no energy... Had terrible mood all the time. I got a hole in my stomach (Ulcer) and everything. Now I'm planning on losing 10 more pounds, THEN it'd be over, I promise :)

i don't really support the bulimic/anorexic thing but try setting a calorie intake goal for the day...only eat like a cracker or 1/2 of 1. but make sure you drink plenty of water throughout the day or you'll get dehydrated and sick...iv'e tried this and it works surprisingly well but make sure you don't eat anything 4 hours before you go to bed. because you burn less calories when you're asleep ;)

Ive had bulima for about 3 years and even with the binge eating ive maggaged the weight quite well. But due to recent exam stress the binging has got excessive and ive put on weight. Im 5'11 and now weigh 10 stone. Ive got a holiday coming up soon and i dont really want to look like a beached whale.
In your opion i going to have better luck trying to fast for 2 weeks or go on a low cal diet, but still continue my laxative and vomiting?

Heyy so just a couple of things 1) why care if other people want to lose weight? i love when my 115 lbs friend tells me, 150 lbs, that i should quit being stupid i look great while she just has a naturally fast metabolism and eats whatever, whenever 2) how about like an english muffin, 12grain piece of bread-toasted-with half a tblspoon of jam? cuz i eat that all the time and i do the calorie count and it doesnt seem alot but i think the carbs and sugars will totally get me and i def. dont drink as much water as i should cuz i need to have some flavor so any tips on how to help this i'd really appreciate it =) 3) no matter what, if you're not happy with your weight change it, people are going to be naturally jealous of you but thats ok skinnyminny has a better ring to it good luck, hope to write back i lost those 50lbs by the end of the summer!

I'm 25 and always had a pretty healthy body image when I was younger, but now I feel horrible about myself. My grandmother makes comments to me because she's anorexic and weighs less than 100 pounds. I'm 5'8" and 150 pounds, and I desperately want to get thinner. I hate to exercise, and I can't make myself throw up, so my only option is starving, taking in fewer calories, and drinking lots of water.

Hey-- I live with my boyfriend and we eat all our meals together. He is incredibly sensitive to my ed. Every time I don't eat/don't finish something/ stay at the gym too long he immediately gets angry. I don't want to lose him but I NEED to lose another 12 lbs (I'm 5'9 and 116lbs). Hi everyone.. I've never been on one of these sites before, but I need some help. I'm always crazy careful about what I eat and exercizing almost every day, etc. I used to be really good during the day but hten like pick at things all day and binge and kind of try to rationalize it and it made me gain weight. Then in decemebr I stopped and I lost a lot of weight and I was finally starting to feel good about myself but now it is back! I don't know what to do, I am binging all the time now, like crazy, on really high cal stuff like peanut butter and nuts and cereals and eating crazy amounts.. First off, I'm going to say that I am not ana, but I do use some of the ana tips and tricks to help me lose weight. I'm female, 5'7" and went from over 155ibs to 133ibs in a couple of months. I've always had a hard time losing weight, but once I understood a few things the weight finally started to come off. Below are a few of my suggestions and things you should know.

Here is the main thing to keep in mind when losing weight and it is all basic physics. You have to burn more than you take in. That's it. If you want to lose weight that is what you have to keep in mind.

Make a log. Write down EVERY SINGLE THING that you eat, including that "little bite" of cookie or that "one chip". Most people will be surprised at how much they put in their mouth.

If you have to, calorie count. I count my calories roughly. I make close estimates, but it may be that calorie counting will work best for you if you have a hard time controlling yourself, like I did and still sometimes do. When you eat, think of it like budgeting. You only have a certain number of calories that you can spend per day. (You can usually find out about what those calories should be by using a type of activity, weight, height calculator online) (For me it is about 1,700 to maintain my weight, and less if I want to lose.) So, if you mess up and spend 300 calories on a candy bar, that means you need to cut back for the rest of the day so that you don't exceed your "budget". Pretty simple.

Look at the nutrition facts before you decide to eat whatever it is that you are about to eat. Don't just look at the calories, look at the SERVING SIZE. Servings aren't as big as most people think. After you look at the serving size, you should actually measure the serving size and don't eat any more than that serving. If your 100 calorie cereal says the serving size is only 1/2 of a cup then only eat 1/2 of a cup. You'll realize that before measuring, you were actually eating a lot more than just 100 calories. The same goes for pretty much everything, including the milk (I recommend Soy) that you put in your cereal.

Like was said before, eat slowly and when you feel full STOP. You stomach expands and you won't feel full anymore if you keep eating.

They say that it isn't good to use a scale and its bad to use it every day, but I do use it every day. My scale is right next to the fridge. It keeps me in check. I weigh myself in the morning, and before and after I eat.

Those are a few things that might help. Just remember it is all about what you take in and what you put out. 90-95% of weight loss--or weight gain, for that matter--is dependent upon what you put in your mouth. Exercise is important, but it takes A LOT of exercise to burn a significant amount of calories.

Ive been eating 600 cal for the last 5 days i was planning to do this for two weeks then eat more but eat more healthy but ive been reading that if you only eat a few hundred cals a day your body goes into starvation mode and stores fat and you dont lose weight and when you start eating more you put it straight back on so im confused and not sure what to do. im 17.. ive always been able to eat what i want and not put on weight so i was lucky... i always said to myself once i get to 125lbs stone i would stop eating because i think i would get out of control!

now i noticed my weight creeping up and im pushing about 120lbs... i feel fat and ugly, i have huge thighs, i look down and i see a belly, when i lean to the side i get a roll and its discuting!! im really scared if i keep eating im just gonna get realll fat and just wont stop!

i started watching my weight recently and ive cut back on what i eat. i dont want my parents to know im not eating properly so its kinda hard. when i go to college i throw my food away and dont eat it and i cut up my meals nd move them round the plate and leave most of it but try not to make it obvious.

today ive only ate ice cubes and i feel good. ive started doin exercise when i wake up before i go to sleep and try and keep movin during the day.

I'm 6'0" and weigh 233lbs. my bmi is like 30. that's obese, for you who dont have that memorized. I hate working out, because being fat makes me sad and tired, and so i dont want to move, and i have self conrol issues. Things have gotten a little better since i started college and can fast easier than when my family all ate meals together, but i still have issues when my parents send cookies, or i am around family and there is food EVERYWHERE. how can i improve my control? being a size 18 is killing me. Nice tips..cant say i agree with all of them but hey...I recommend Food diary's, write how many calories and when, and how much fat content. I also heard that to lose a lb a day, you have to exercise burning off twice as much as you consume that day...so those of you who eat more than 1000 kcal...ud need to be in the gym for hours upon hours...ouch-i dont recommend...Was in gym for 2 hours yesterday, but today iv not eaten so just done 20 mins of cardio...so i get a break :)i dont really work out twice as much as i consume but the last few weeks iv been so good with my intake and have lost 5 lb's in 2 weeks amd feel so good! I also recomend diet coke...1kcal per can, and the bubbles fill you up making you feel full. Got a goal in mind! Im 5,6 and before i started this diet i was 9stone4, now im 8stone13 , wanting to be 8,3 for december 22nd , things looking good so far! xxx

food diaries are key because you can really evaluate what you are eating (keep a small pocket diary in your purse!)
Eat small meals throughout the day to keep up your metabolism, too! Otherwise, your body goes into a starvation mode...and not the one we want. So, the more often you eat, the better--even if it's low calorie. However, I also cave into my cravings (especially CARBS! ugh!), but I need some extra tips as well. Keep the tips coming!

But....I just can't...I've lost control. I had control...but since my last long fast, I have lost control. Ok people I see some valid diet tips here mixed with a lot of unhealthy stuff too. I have been there, obsessed with my weight when I was a young teen. The whole thing made it harder for me to ever lose weight later when I did become actually fat. Not a few pounds, but 50 or so lbs overweight. I know, you must think I am a clueless gross pig. Well, illness has taken over my life and I have been vomiting uncontrollably and told to take tons of a "safe" laxative by my gastroenterologist. I have been eating again for about 6 weeks and continue to lose weight. Because I am really limited in what I can eat. My fatass husband likes me thin, I like me thin, myabe I am enjoying this part of my illness too much. I have tried to kill myself all sorts of ways and even when fat I always made sure I looked my best, hid the fat and aimed to fit in cuter clothes. Now I fit in the clothes but look like crap. My once round J-Lo butt is now flat and fits great in lo-rise skinny jeans. That's what I wanted...I guess. But not this way. And I do not want to go below a size 6 or 4. I don't want to be preachy, I am trying to show that if you don't die, you will get older and may enounter whole new situations that change your perspective on things. Or at least it has for me. I'm confused, tempted, desirous of having some lean yoga body and it seems within reach. And my diet is similar to some of the strange stuff I read here. I eat crappy tasting stuff and can barely get it down. I have diarrhea everyday. I am very weak and feel awful. There has got to be a way to be thin and not malnourished. Or live with a few extra pounds. If it's about the models, well, I like designer clothes too and they are cut small. But the models...learn about the fashion industry, who runs it, learn something besides what pill to take or how to throw up. Whatever. The ana-mia thing is obsessive and at the very least takes away a lot of time and energy from actually meeting guys, having fun things like, well, sex! And any other interests you mighthave or grow. Worrying about food all the time is something I now have to do and I feel like it's taken over my life. Meanwhile, I am happy to feel these cords I bought too small on sale last year and now they are big and I bought them long so I could wear with heels, the obvious trick for even a fat girl to look better. Now that I'm lighter it may be easier to walk on my 5" Prada ankle boots and I will finally hem these pants. Yes I am confused. You probably can understand this better than I can right now.

I just wana say I totally love this site! It helped me so much to lose weight :)
I've been extreme dieting for the past week and have gone down from 54 kg to 50 kg but I still feel fatlike a cow so Im not stopping just yet.
My secret:

Mornings: a rice cracker and some vit pills

Lunch: cup of soup and cappucino

Dinner: niente

I also drink loads of water and sometimes cola zero during the day as it helps to fill my stomach.

However I'm having a hard time avoiding meals with my family cos I hate purging and feel I never can purge everything out after a meal :s

someone asked for a tip about making water taste nicer, i dont like water on its own either but if you chill it right down then it dosnt really taste of anything. or cut a lemon in half and put half the lemon in the water, it makes the water taste of lemon squash :) and you can keep refilling the glass throughout the day using the same wedge of lemon!

also when i want sweets i freeze diluted fruit squash in an ice cube tray :)

i find that taking a pic of myself and uploading it to my computer works really well to help me stay motivated to get thin. if u upload ur pics...u can open them in paint and just have at urself with the colors and circle and mock ur own areas that literally stick out. that's how i do it. plus i really only eat breakfast with A LOT of water all day. I try and workout at least twice a day and sleep a lot too.

I'm 17, 5 7 1/2 and 123ish. I am naturally like this, I honestly eat nonstop all day, whatever foods I want. My BMI is right at the bottom of the normal range, though i've always been in underweight. Being thin is beautiful. Really, getting skinnier would give me so much more confidence, which I need. And not consuming gross, fatty processed foods, is a good thing. I'm not going to starve myself (I don't even have enough self discipline for that). I just want to eat only when i'm hungry, and only reasonable healthy foods. I'm sick of my compulsive overeating. Everyone already thinks I am too skinny and call me anorexic, or at least they used to. Thank you everyone for all the clever tips and inspiration. I am going to start dieting today! :) <3 much love tout le monde

I'm 17, 5 7 1/5 and 123lb (ish). I have gained a lot of weight in the past few years, and I want to lose it again. It's not just that I want to be skinner. Obviously, I do. But it's more than that. I want to go to sleep every night knowing that I didn't eat unnecessarily (I am a total compulsive overeater). I want to have a healthier, more controlled lifestyle, and if I look better on top of that I'm not going to complain ;) I hope to come back to this site soon and be able to say that i've made long lasting habits and have lost some weight. thank you tout le monde for all your tips and stories...very inspiring! I would love to be able to buy whatever new clothes I want and fit into my old clothes again. And everyone admires a thin girl, it just looks healthier and prettier and more feminine to me. If I had actual curves to begin with, I would be concerned about losing them, but I am 17 and an AA bra cup.
On another note, does anyone know how sleep can affect ones weight? I have dreadful sleep habits (haha, it's 3:35 am now...)

Sleep will affect your metabolism. If you sleep 8-10 hrs a day, depending on what you're used to, your body has a chance to digest and put everything in its proper place. The less you sleep the more your body will crave food for energy. Plus, the less you are awake, the less you can eat.

Caffeine is super bad for you. So is any artificial sweetener. aftificial sweeteners destroy your hippocampus which means you will have no memory. Caffeine destroys your nervous system and throws off everything in your body.

If you can't live without carbs, fine. Just keep your portions in check (no larger than the size of your fist)and please eat only whole grains. I make my own bread and not only is it a thousand times more delicious and healthy, but it costs about 50 cents a loaf. Making your own food and knowing what you are eating is key. Eat a serving of lean protein three to four times a week. Sruff yourself with vegetables and fruit. Soup is amazing (clear broth) and has so many nutrients if you make it yourself.

Don't forget exercise! A muscle that isn't worked is loose and flabby, but not fat. No matter how much you fast and run, if you don't pick up those free weights and work your arms you will always jiggle when you point at things. Do weight training. It burns twice as many calories as cardio in the same amount of time and builds muscle which burns more calories even when you're resting.

If you fast you will slow or even halt your metabolism. Your body will eat your muscle, as it has more nutrients than fat, and leave you with nothing but flab and bones. Good Luck!

I'm an athlete...I have lost 20 lbs in the last two months...I don't want to gain more weight and if I could I would want to lose 10 more pounds...I don't eat that much during the day as is and sometimes don't have enough energy for volleyball practice. Usually on practice days (2 or 3 times a week) I'll have breakfast (vegan bran muffin or something) fruit and nuts for snacks don't eat that much until like 4 when I have a small dinner so I have energy for 730 practice. Then on off days I'm supposed to workout...my coach noticed that I lost weight and suggested that I workout with a trainer to get stronger...I don't know how I'm gonna keep up my energy w/o gaining back weight (also I only lost one pound of lean muscle because I did a body fat thing)...how do I not gain back weight and I still would want to lose more?

Thanks soo much these awesome tips! And everyone who posted gave me more motivation! I re-started starving my self this monday (the last time being almost 3 years ago) and so far I have lost 4.4 pounds to this day!!! IN A WEEK!! That's incredible and I feel sooo happy!!! I count calories soo meticulously and closely though, like to the nearesth tenth of a calorie. I am so obsessed and yet soo happy with bein that way. It's consuming me and the funny thing is I couldn't be happier!!! I am about 5"5 and now after losing those 4.4 pounds THIS WEEK (I just can't stop gushing about that, hehe) I weigh 150.2 pounds. Way too fat, I knoww, but I am really working hard on that :) and to all those people who say Ana is horrible and doesn't work and you hold onto fat, lies!!! It does work, this is my 2nd successful bout with it and because I have been dedicated I am losing weight so quickly, by counting cals and exercising and combining tips I am learning. Everytime I eat something with a little too many calories, I immediately make up for it by doing quick little exercises to burn calories FAST, like I always do 70 jumping jacks to burn 22.3 calories,( 1/3 of a calorie burned for each) and lifting light weights for 15 minutes burns 56. That's what I did today, and the total calories I ate after subtracting the calories I burned was only 112.6!! :)))) I am sooo happy!! And I have learned to love the light burn of hunger I feel in my throat and stomach almost all the time, it makes me That much stronger and so proud of myself.

I binged a lot recently and gained a good 20 lbs. I haven't binged in weeks and have been trying to diet and exercise. I am losing weight but not fast enough. I weighed 155 I am down to 145. I am 5 6 I want to loose at least 30 more pounds in two months. I need some tips! Please help! I was anorexic for 2 years the gaint rolls of fat are driving me absolutly crazy. After being tub feed for 2 months I have struggled to keep my calorie intake down. I can easily eat 3,000 cals a day which is supper gross and embarrising. I am such a fat whale! Help me! I'm 15, 5'9" and I weigh 140 pounds! I HATE the way I look! I've been a model for about a year or so and now I'm not getting anymore jobs because I'm so fat! My parents are already worried about me getting an eating disorder because of my modeling, so they get extremley suspicious when I'm not hungry for dinner. Plus, I'm kind of known between my friends and family as the girl that can eat a ton without gaining anything, so if I stop eating they will defidently notice.

so ever sinced i've moved i have gained weight, i can feel it. like i hate the way i look. everything soes right to my stomach. i hate my arms also, they are flabby. gross. like ive had anorexic tendencies in the past. but it was too hard to do, like when im stressed eating helps me cope, which is not good. and i've tried throwing up, very hard to do. like in the winter im going back up north to visit my freinds, and i dont want them to be like wow she let her self go bad. like i want them to be like wow she looks great! but i want results fast! i was thinking of the liquid fasting, anyone do it? if so give some tips?

i really appreciate all the tips. I dont agree with all of them, but some of them are truly amazing. I'm fat, my Male Pal is THIN like if he wore chick jeans he could slide into a size 5 so sexy. But, me, i want to lose 45 lbs before the end of novemeber. my own DOCTOR said 1,050 CALORIES A DAY, AND 2 HRS OF WORKING OUT, INCLUDING WEIGHTS AND CARDIO, 6 DAYS A Week, would end up getting me about a 1 lb weight loss per day, and that sounds great. most dr's tell us 1,200 calories or more a day and to only lose 1 or 2 lbs a week. well that takes too long. I have a cute face i used ot weigh much less and i want to do that again, not shop in the fat girl dept. which is what i have to do now :( thanks ladies for the advice.

I started taking Adderall from a friend and was losing 2 1/2 pounds a day. I used to be a heavy eater, but adderall curbs my appitite all together. I've been fasting now for 2 days and i feel fine. I lied about having symptoms of ADHD to my pshyc and got these pills. 4 months ago i weighed 256lbs. Today i weigh 188.4. I'm 23, male and stand 6ft 2in. This pill is ungodly and i love it.

15 years old, 5'4", and 122lbs. I just want to be able to feel like I don't have to watch my movements... like making sure that my shirt is pulled out when im sitting down or that my purse/ jacket is in my lap and covering my stomach or if I feel like dancing at a party I can put my hands in the air and not worry about my shirt raising up too much. I know I'm not fat or disgusting, but I'm certainly not thin and my body isn't pretty. I've decided to start eating less and healthier (my eating habits are so terrible right now, I ate a whole family size jar of nutella on bananas and grahm crackers all by myself in one week D: ) and I want to start exersizing too. The thing is, I don't know where to start with the exersize because I've never been into sports and I have a very unactive family so all my life I've had pretty much no exersize except for the minimum requirements at school. What always helps me is I work in a restaurant! A restaurant that serves foods that is REALLY high in everything....fat,calories, carbs....ok ill just throw it out there...its called Carrabbas for anyone that lives in the southeast USA. Its italian..What inspires me to be wayyyy thinner than I am (5'9 135) ya i know its terrible..fat! I look at all of the ppl that come in that are like 200lbs and over and think to myself over and over .."If i eat these foods..I will look like that and ppl will hate me and I will hate myself more than i already do" ..I always sit on the internet for a few hrs a day and just read over and over the negative health consequences of obesity and i constantly look at images of morbidly obese ppl and tell myself that I will look like that if I eat that piece of pizza.! It really works..but I believe part of losing weight is pysching yourself into believing things that may or maynot be true. Tell yourself you are NOT hungry and stick to your gun...trust me ..mind over matter really does work! Tell yourself that you weigh 400lbs and not 110 or a 150 or whatever you weigh. Be extreme in this though and obsess about it until you actual see yourself as 400lbs when you look in the mirror. Eat lots of fruits, veggies, lean fish and CHICKEN NOT READ MEATS! Try your best not to throw up..ya i still do it but it really does make you feel bad and gross and even more hungry so try to avoid it except on special occasions (ie. you're down,you ate something u REALLY shouldn't...like a piece of cake). Whole grains are ok in MODERATION. 1 serving a day BEFORE 5 pm!!! EXERCISE EXERCISE EXERCISE make it your passion. Tell yourself...if i don't do atleast an hr of cardio today I cannot go see a movie w/ a friend....exercise over everyhing! If you want to lose weigh AND speed up your metabolism it is a must!!!! and if you can do 2 hrs of cardio a day and light lifting! Drink tons of cold water. Do the cardio before you eat ANYTHING in the morning but DO NOT SKIP BREAKFAST! Sleep well and relax. I am telling you though read up on some of the foods at restraunts and it will scare you!! And scaring yourself into eating healthy and light is NOT A BAD THING!!!!! i think some of the stuff on here might be unhealthy like eating 20 kcals a day. but cutting it to 800-1200 kcals a day (esp if you are doing 1-2 hrs of moderatly intense cardio 5-7 days a week) your body needs these kcals and ull still lose weight bc ull still be burning more than you eat!!! but that is all i have to say!! Most fruits and veggies are considered to be negative calorie foods, and the raw foods diet is the best way to lose weight without destroying your body. Enough said.

Not eating past 6 p.m. or 4 hours before you go to sleep also comes from the fact that your body actually NEEDS to fast, but only for 12 hours per day, so that it has time to digest anything that you've eaten already. There is no better time to do this than at night, and assuming that you wake up at 6 a.m. or get an average of 8 hours of sleep per night, this should be easy.

omg thanks for your tips XD i'm 5'2 and weigh 170 before i weighed 175 i know i know gross but i love that i've been loseing a pound a day.....i only eat breakfast now cause i'm on brake and dinner if someone makes it but i go mia after to get ride of it :)..... when i go back on the 2nd i'mhopeing by then with thia diet i would we 165 ....by the 3rd i go bac and would be able to only eat once a day during the week dinner yay and twice on week ends and go mia at night toooo i luv all these tips my goal weight is 98 or 102.....i'm only 14 AND SOOOOO FAT TRUST ME YOU NEVER EVER WANT TO GET FAT ITS HARD YOU HAVE TO SHOP IN LIKE BIG SIZE AND I WANT TO BE ABLE TO WEAR SHORTS AND A BATHING SUITE AND BE COMFORTABLE.....TRUST ME YOU NEVER EVER WANT TO GET FAT!!!!!!! i hope i can keep going with this diet and be thin by June XD!!!!!!!

Hi All,

Im 43 and i've suffered of over eating for years i'm 4'9 and weigh 208lb, i used to weigh 256lb but have lost dramatically in the last 3 months, i have taken to just eating vitamin tablets and drinking energy drinks which are simulted fruit flavour, what i find the worst is that i am insulted daily and have been beaten before by my own children for being so monstrously big, so i'm happier now that im losing the weight but i still have a long way to go, i want to be able to walk between the raindrops and never get wet xXx

Hi Mildred - Congratulations for losing almost 50lbs! I'm 5'1" and 170lbs. I've never been this big, but I've had hypothyroidism and PCOS for about 20 years now, and those 2 things make it harder to lose weight. Twenty years ago, I weighed 117lbs! I'm sorry you're being insulted and abused every day. I'm thinking about joining Weight Watchers. I wish I could do what you're doing, but I get extreme hunger and nausea and must eat something. Do you get nausea and/or dizziness? What kind of enery drink do you drink? Good luck!....... Sharon

Hi, I desperately need help. I am 19 and I am married to a marine. I need to drasticaly drop weight before my husband deploys. I am 5'9" and 150 lbs. I usually stay around 130 but since I got married Ive kinda slipped on dieting. Ive always been able to eat what I want then purge it but thats not the case this time. Being such a large person I have to loose more weight to make it noticable. The reason I need to loose this weight so fast is because my husband has made comments about the 20 lbs Ive gained since our wedding in july 2010'.. I am very scared that if I am not the perfect very slim blonde trophy wife when its time for him to leave for afghanistan that we wont be able to make it through this deployment because he wont be proud of me while hes gone. I don't have a lot to say other than I'm 5 3, I weigh about 130, and I want to be 100 lbs. I used to weight 104, but going to college, gained the freshman 15, and now its effecting my self esteem... Everyone keeps telling me I am a healthy weight, but I can't fit into my clothes! My boyfriend pointed out a cute girl to his friend that clearly weighed far less than I do, and honestly, it was so much easier to run fast at that small weight. I am a cross country and track distance athlete, and I need tips on how to lose the weight while still having the energy to run between 4 and 10 miles a day as well as race competetively. i used to dance 4-5 times a week, for 2-3 hours straight and now because of a hip condition i can't do that anymore.
but i can still exercise.
in recent monthes i have PILED the weight on going from 9st-10st 2lbs witing the space on 2/3 monthes..

For everyone who is struggling, try going vegetarian... I've been vegetarian all my life, and up until very recently I was well under the normal weight for my age. When your vegetarian, you have to be strict about it. Basically every junk food has been made with some kind of meat or meat product. For example, Jello or jelatin is made with animal bones. Since I couldn't eat anything that has ever come from an animal (aside from milk and eggs, etc.) I had very limited options so it really worked.

Also, can someone help me? I'm only 5' 3" and I weigh 115! Like I said I've always been the skinniest, and now I'm freaking out! Idk why I'm gaining weight, because I've actually increased my activity level. HELP!

And it doesn't bother me that I do-- just that I can't seem to break through the weight wall and get the tips to work. I'm working out every day, drinking two ViSalus shakes a day and I added HCG and xenadrine to the mix today. It's the first day in several that my weight is actually going DOWN during the day instead of up :-) I have a goal of 12 pounds in the next week as I have to wear a bathing suit for the first time in a LONG time on a cruise... It's working! I added the xenadrine with the HCG and got close to fasting (I had one shake and a little bit of popcorn and water, plus a teaspoon of peanut butter around dinner time to take the edge off). With my workout, it took off 1.6 pounds :-) Now-- to keep this up :-)

Hi I've always wanted to be quite thin at 17 I began dieting on my own and was going from a size 18 down to size 8 I was happy with my results now that I had 2 kids I went into a deep depression I gained over 100lbs and after 7yrs am waking up to see that my body is not my own I feel one way and the person in the mirror is not me. I generally fast (water only) for 7 days when I begin to get cravings. I am at the point where I can and do have a very strict limited calorie diet as I rarely get food cravings. And, when I do, I fast; that eliminates the feeling.

I often have days where I simply forget to eat as I keep myself busy and am not so consumed by food items.

For years food ruled my life...every emotion I felt I would eat...in turn I would feel like a disgusting pig and hate myself and eat some more. It was a vicious cycle for me. One day something just clicked and my food-emotion connection ended.

The worst thing we can do is say "tomorrow". Tomorrow becomes next week then next month then next year etc. It's TODAY.

hi, I'm 5'2" and weight around 140 lbs.. I do look quite disgusting and I hate the fat that sorrounds my body. I have always tried to lose weight and gave up easily. I want to lose it before graduation this year.. it's about 3 months away and I am completely desperate. Using some of the good tips you girls share, hope it works. my goal weight would be 105-110. one tip I havent read so far is, that if you can, adjust the A.C in your house, or wear as minimal clothing as you can at school, work etc, this makes your body burn calories to keep a regula body temperature.



also, any excercises you know to make boobs smaller? I really really hate mine. I'm a 36 D :{

also, I recently downloaded an app on my ipod called my fitness pal, which you can use to plug in the cals you eat very single day, along with the excersise you've done over the day and it tells you what your weightloss should be in x amount of days. hope this helps girls.

About a month and a half ago I began the road to a thinner lifestyle. Weighing in at 162.6 lbs and being 5'5 I desperately needed to be thin no matter what the cost. I started searching the internet and stumbled upon a pro-ana site with really great tips and advice. After that I began to cut back my calorie intake dramatically to 600 cal. a day. At first it had amazing outcome. In the first three days I loss 3 lbs! That might have something to do with the body's initial response to such a drastic change but regardless those 3 lbs meant the world to me. For about 2 weeks I continued to eat less than 600 cal. and continued to lose wait, but it was happening VERY slowly. (I think at the end of two week I was at about 151). The process was just so annoying to me. One day I'd lose a lb. the next I wouldn't. Sometimes I'd stay at the same weight for two whole days! I honestly didn't know what to do. My mind set was, and unfortunately still is, I NEED TO BE SKINNY NOW.

Because I wasn't seeing change as quickly as I wanted to I binged...A LOT. Ladies, take it from me, DO NOT BINGE. Though I wasn't eating a lot of fast food, a single meal from a fast food place or restaurant a day, I saw that I was slowly resorting back to my prior weight. In three days I was back at 156.2 and gaining. I was becoming fat again (not that I was skinny at 151). Needless to say I became depressed, but oddly more motivated. I wanted to be skinny.

So to recap, I was faithful to the ana-process for two weeks, binged for three than went back to it after that at 156.2 lbs.

Now when I went back to Ana in two days I went from 156.2 to 151.6. How did I do it? Before I tell you, I ask you to please keep in mind I am NOT an expert by any means regarding this topic but what I'm doing is working for me.

First, I reduced my calorie intake again but this time made it less than 100 cal. I drink a lot of water and at lunch I eat ONE 80 calorie yogurt...that's it! I also DO NOT EAT AFTER 4 P.M. Today actually, I was a little scared, after getting back to 151 lbs. I was so excited but the hunger pains were intense. I had to eat something so I binged...again. But this time it wasn't that bad. I ate one glazed, and sprinkled doughnut around 10:30, but for the rest of the day I ate nothing and drank water. Now I don't know how much cal. a doughnut has in it but I guesstimated about 150+ cal. I wanted to shoot myself.

Well after school today I went straight home and hopped on the scale thinking that I'd either be still 151.6 lbs. or more because I heard what can happen to you if you take in even the smallest amount of calories by binging just once. To my surprise I was at 150.6 lbs. Before writing this blog I also went back down and weighed myself again, I'm at 150.0 exactly now! I can't tell you how important it is to weigh yourself constantly, not only does it let you know where you stand, but it motivates you to push through the hunger pains and dizziness.

I think I'm going to start to alternate my cal. intake so I won't damage my metabolism to much though. I'm thinking through the week I'll only have 80 cal. yogurts for the day and on the weekends (fri-sun) I'll eat one can of 120 cal soup (I probably won't finish the entire can). I'm thinking about doing this mainly because I have to work on the weekends and need as much strength as I can get. But my hopes are by continuing to do this I will essential lose one pound everyday! And considering the evens of the weeks it looks like that is very possible!

Hey, i am 16 i really want to loose weight i weigh 60kg(132lbs) i used to weigh around 65-68 last year.. i want to loose more... i want to try fasting... but i have a concern... sounds weird to say but i have to know... I have large breasts and frankly if i do fast and loose weight in big amounts will they go smaller(i dont want that to happen) Please help!! I've spent the last hour reading a lot of very personal and serious letters from a lot of people with serious problems.
My solution is simple:
First of all...do NOT use any pills of any kind. Mostly they do not work and in your attempt to reach your goal you will probably overdoze and that will serverely damage your inner organs one way or the other.....and it still won't work.
The cure is simple...eat less calories than you use....or use more calories than you eat.
Simple to say...hard to do...I know.
A lot of people don't in fact know how many calories they in fact eat during a day...and they for sure don't know how much exersise it in fact is neccessary to do to absorb these calories.
Vegetables are good. As many as possible but no potatos and remember that rice and corn should be limited and that pasta is not a vegetable.
Meat is good as long as it is low fat. Chicken, turkey and low fat ox and fish are all good. Full grain bread is ok, but limited. The only rule to obey is to eat less calories than you use.
You could go on a chokolate diet, if you would....the only problem would be that you probabely would have to starve 95% of the time. If you on the other hand tried a carrot diet, you would be all orange, rather healthy and having trouble eating all the carrots requied every day.
My point is....eat low caloric, low fat, no sugar. If you exercise you can eat more...if you don't you must eat less. Look up some pages where you ccan see how many calories various types of food have and how much exercise you need to do to burn of these calories. Be skinny without killing yourself.

I am gonna try to use some of these tips, I want to drop 3 pants sizes in about 2 weeks, i'm going to fast and work out for 2 to 4 hours a day, I don't want to be super skinny I like having hips and breasts but I hate my stomach and want to make it smaller. When I was 12 I was bulimic until about 17, I don't want to be bulimic again so i hope this will work.

I have a friend who is thin but for years has been dieting, starving herself then binge eating only to feel guilty and starve herself again, taking pills and all the stuff that i read here. She is thinner than me and yet goes on about having legs my size and so on. I love her and it hurts when she talks like this. The 'Fatness' she speaks of is not on her body but in her head. I try and get her to eat healthy, stay active and I see an improvement in her attitude but always she needs to be thinner... she is now seeing a therapist and I hope its working. She is one of the most beautiful girls I've ever met, everyone else sees that but her. Yes some of these tips are good, plenty of water, fruit and veges but the short cuts like not eating are temporary and when the weight comes back on youre only going to be disappointed. I had a friend who was actually BIG and she lost it with weight watchers. Do it right. Speaks to your parents about how you feel if you can or a doctor. The friend who thinks she is fat has just be diagnosed with depression (which I have too) and that is an illness all on its own- it changes the way you see yourself and the world. She wished she had known about this years ago. Now at 22 she is finally getting the help she needs to see herself the way she is and maybe I wont have to worry about her harming her body with stuff like lemon detox and diets where she doesn't eat for a week. I hope that everyone here wants to be healthy, not just skin and bones. If you really want change maybe it needs to start with how you think and look at yourself. You cant be dizzy and hungry all the time and be happy at the same time.

hydrolyte/gastrolyte (rehydration salts)are good for restoring energy/ make you feel a little better when starving. Also kiddies multivitamins They come in chewable flavours. Be weary of re-feeding syndrome when starting to eat after four days. (it throws your elecrolytes out, Particularly potassium/phosphates which will need to be supplemented.
Keep yourselves out of hospital. You WILL have no choice but to gain weight in there; - my mistake. Now i have to lose all i've put on through nasal-gastric tube feeding. If you're feeling week eat. You need it. It's better then collapsing and ending up in hospital. You'll also be surprised how much you need eat just to maintain your weight.

My best friend died because she stopped eating. She was bulimic and was found dead on her apartment floor.

I just wanted to tell you girls that this is a disease. Please get help! It's not your fault you 'feel' fat or THINK you 'look' fat. It's not your fault because you truly see yourself that way in the mirror. There is so much research that has been done on this. So please get help girls! Don't wither your life away, it's worth a lot more.

Staying skinny is promoted a lot in the media these days. And being pressured to fit that ideal look is both difficult and hard to do.

For someone who is in shape and healthy...here is some advice: go to the gym ladies! Drink water and eat healthy. Don't vomit and/or starve yourself.
If you think you have an eating disorder, whether it's eating TOO LITTLE or TOO MUCH, then talk to someone who will listen to you and will help you during your darkest moments.

hi, im 15 and a half. around 5'3 or 5'4 and i weigh about 109 lbs. i am trying to lose more, and i think im doing okay, i just find it a little harder now, this time, a little over 6 months ago i weighed about 175 and i managed to bring myself down to 109 lbs .in that time.. i havent reached my goal, becaause i would like to be back in at least the 90's with my weight although my ideal weight is 86.3 lbs. it seems as tho im starting to get used to this or something because my weight loss is slowly decreasing. in the last month i think i lost about 3 lbs, which is nothing close to my average which is about 15 lbs. im starting to worry.. i dont want to be fat again..

the number one rule to losing weight is Water! drink atleast 8 cups a day. hot water suppresses appetite while cold water burns more calories because of the body working itself hard to get warm. times to drink water: you should always have a glass of water right when you wake up in the morning so your stomache is a little more full at the start of the day...second you should ALWAYS drink a glass of water before you eat so your stomache tells your brain your already getting full... lastly when your hungry but want just ate and want to chew on something ice is a perfect solution...its cold, crunchy, and the chewing tells your brain your eating and getting full when your just chewing water!

Not really thinking about stop eating, just eating a lot less! driinking a lot of water seems to work! And eat twice a day (i wake up very late so breakfast i never do). the hardest is to not eat at night, eexpecially because I smoke a lot of weed and munchies are hard to resist (But some of you should try it, may help you stop being so obssest with your weight cuz the most of you, are too thin for my point of wiew but ahwell) Didnt came to be a moralist. Just an advice. Kind of makes me sad how people can ache like you ache, and I hope you're all ok! What diet pills did you use? I'm 108lbs and I need to shed a bit of weight.
As for hunger pangs I just nibble on lettuce and I eat homemade soups which are less that 90 kcals a bowl and I know soda bloats you but it fills you for longer. Then to get rid of bloating I use laxatives. For your dizziness its due to malnutrition so get some iron tablets and various vitimin tablets and it should eliminate the problem.

My mum is the same and its annoying especially when you don't want to. Its not everyones choice but I purge after meals that make me feel sick so I'll go switch the shower on or run a bath. Or you could always say you're going out with friends and you'll eat there. This won't work everyday but when you say that you can go for a walk and it burns kcals. Or the other option is to eat in your room and throw the food you don't want into a bag and throw it out the next day.

I just hope you are all careful about your habits. i know tea and water are amazing also ask your parents to buy teeth whitening strips. you have to leave them in for at least 15 minutes and it kills your cravings.
